• We represent clients with high net worth estates for all of their complex estate planning needs including wills and trusts, estate, gift, and generation skipping tax planning, asset protection, wealth preservation, gifting, charitable giving, and probate 

• We draft wills, revocable trusts, irrevocable trusts, credit shelter trusts, QTIPs, SLATS, GRATS, irrevocable life insurance trusts, charitable trusts, gifting trusts, powers of attorney, health care proxies, living wills, HIPAA forms, and prenuptial and postnuptial agreements

•We act as general counsel to small businesses and start-ups including corporate formations, contracts, employee contracts and handbooks, compliance, and advice on general daily matters 

•We will help you determine what corporate entity is best for you and set up an LLC, Limited Partnership, or Corporation (S corp or C corp) for your business

• We review, negotiate, and draft contracts, operating agreements, promissory notes, buy/sell agreements, employee handbooks, non-competes, deferred compensation plans, severance agreements, partnership agreements, licensing agreements and more
